Last week Erin and Justin eloped at the wonderful Walnut Valley Bluegrass Festival in Winfield, Kansas. With friends and family close by, they had an intimate campground wedding. Jessica and I were fortunate enough to be able to help them with their bridal party flowers and wanted to share with all of you how they turned out….beautiful of course!
Erin’s only request was that she wanted to tie in the color palette of blue and yellow, so right away we decided to use her favorite flower the Sunflower. From there we added lots of texture with coxcomb, blue and orange thistle and pops of cream with stock to match her sundress.
We wrapped both the bridal bouquet and the bridemaid bouquet with a multi toned ribbon and sewed vintage buttons along the front of the bridal bouquet to set it apart.
Here is a close up shot of a bridal bouquet and it’s array of colors and textures.
We also put together matching boutineieres and wrapped them with a deep blue thread to color coordinate with bouquets.
Thanks to both Erin and Justin for letting us be apart of their special day!
