Hitched began way back in 2009 with one goal - help couples plan incredible events that embody their personalities and unique love story. Weddings should be as special as you are.

Our dedication to the couples of Kansas City has led Hitched to be one of the longest-standing wedding planning firms in the area. We’ve been featured in The Knot, KC Weddings Magazine, In Kansas City Magazine, and more! With a combined focus on logistics, aesthetics, and overall guest experience, we guide our couples through every aspect of wedding planning.

Over time, the company has grown and evolved, but our mission stays the same. We want to help you plan a breathtaking, one-of-a-kind event to celebrate your love (while staying in budget!).

 
 

The Process

Hitched Planning + Design consists of a small, highly skilled team of dedicated wedding professionals and we are here for you! Our systematized planning process ensures that every detail of your day is accounted for and handled. We offer three tiers of planning packages, so you can choose how much assistance you need from your coordinator! Your coordinator, along with a second coordinator from our team, will take the reins on your wedding day, allowing you to live fully in the moment. We strive to alleviate our client’s planning stresses, so you can have a fun wedding day filled with cherished memories!

  • I've been a wedding photographer in KC for over 15 years. One of the biggest variables in having an enjoyable and stress-free wedding is a great wedding planner. Hitched is it. Every single one of their planners is so focused on executing the vision of the couple while also tackling the stuff that comes up throughout the day without adding stress. I have had so many couples talk about how Breanne or Hailey have become their friends and they are dreading the end of their wedding because they won't have a reason to talk all the time anymore. For me as a photographer the most helpful part of a planner is their ability to assist and elevate the experience without making it about themselves.
