Day-of Service
If you’re looking for structured guidance to kick off your planning process with the management of your wedding day, then Day of Coordination is the package for you! We’ll set you up for success at the beginning of the process, and then on your wedding day, your coordinator will take the reins so you can focus on the moment.

Three meetings with your coordinator: Timeline + Vendor Recommendations, Final Planning Meeting, and an Event Space Walkthrough
Rehearsal Assistance
Fully customized wedding day timeline for you and all of your vendors
Two coordinators onsite the entire day of your wedding
Moral support!
(Optional) Schedule a custom design consultation! You will receive a 4-7 page custom mood board encapsulating your entire vision.
Partial Service
Partial Service Coordination is our mid-level package. We like to call this our ‘Goldilocks’ package – not too much and not too little! If you’re looking for structured guidance through the planning process and tailored advice to set you up for success, then the Partial Coordination package is for you.
This package includes:
Unlimited phone calls, texts, emails
Six meetings with your coordinator: Budget + Vendors, Timeline, Rentals + Design, Planning Meeting, Final Planning, and a Final Walkthrough
Venue and vendor recommendations
Rentals management
Rehearsal assistance
Fully customized wedding day timeline for you and all of your vendors
Two coordinators onsite the entire day of your wedding

Full Service
Full Service Coordination is our most comprehensive planning package. Your coordinator will be by your side to help you plan all aspects of your wedding.
